FAQs

How are hormones and Pelvic Floor Health Connected?

1

Hormonal changes significantly impact the pelvic floor tissues. Estrogen plays a vital role in tissue health and can lead to poor muscle and tissue function. Additionally, our reproductive organs lay within our pelvis, making them directly impacted by our pelvic floor function.
