What is DRA

DRA or Diastasis Recti is when the core muscles of the abdominal wall separate. This is common in pregnancy and may remain postpartum.

This Is meant for you IF

  • You’re experiencing core weakness or pain, even in your back

  • You’ve noticed visible doming or coning when sitting up

  • Wanting to return to exercise safely

  • Having pelvic floor symptoms such as leakage or pressure

  • Wanting to be an active mom

How it works

Movement & Coordination

We craft a movement based plan to retrain your muscles to work together — something most online programs can’t do.

Reduce Tension

Sometimes separation persists due to tension and pressure putting too much demand on your core muscles, not allowing them to come back together. We use bodywork to decrease these findings.

Coaching

We guide you how to safely and effectively work towards core improvement within your daily activities— especially with your children. We help you understand your body and how to work with it, not against it.
